Mr. Tom Wu is a Risk and Mortgage adviser. Initially, I was taken by surprise that he could process my Insurance needs with confidence. He studied my existing policies and highlighted the good and bad (risk) part contained therein, and suggested appropriate plans to cover my family risk plans.

He is no doubt quick, to-the-point and talks right sense. I am really impressed with the outstanding level of service that I received from Tom and would like to recommend him to anyone in need to resolve his insurance plans, needs and problems. He is good in follow-up and remains in contact with constant feedback on the status. This was the best experience I ever had with any customer care personnel.
