I have been very happy to have met Tom Wu from Lifestyle Insurance who introduced me to options relating to insurance. I felt the process was smooth and informed.

I have had an eye opening conversation with Tom and very impress by his follow-up and persistence in helping me to allow accommodation him through my busy day. He has been always available by phone and will visit me in my practice or home anywhere in Auckland.

In particular he has helped my understand that I may have been paying too much ACC premiums and informed me as to how it all worked. I did not know anything about this and assumed my accountant would take care of it.
